FY 2024-2026 Nationally Significant Federal Lands and Tribal Projects Program

The FAST Act established the NSFLTP Program.

Under Section § 1123(a) of the FAST Act, the purpose of the NSFLTP Program is to provide funding to construct, reconstruct, or rehabilitate nationally significant Federal Lands and Tribal transportation projects.Grants under the NSFLTP Program


are to be awarded on a competitive basis to projects of national significance for construction, reconstruction, or rehabilitation of transportation facilities within, adjacent to, or providing access to Federal or Tribal Lands.
