HIV/TB Agency, Information, and Services Activity (HIV/TB AIS)

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID/Burma) is seeking applications for a Cooperative Agreement from qualified US and non-US organizations to implement the HIV/ TB Agency, Information, and Services (HIV/TB AIS) Activity, in which USAID seeks to provide up to $39M in total USAID


funding over a 5-year period.

The HIV/TB AIS Activity is an activity under the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the USAID Accelerator to End Tuberculosis (TB Accelerator).

The dual purposes of the Activity are:
to achieve HIV epidemic control and to achieve a Burma free from TB.

Empowerment Plan is a nonprofit aimed at helping countless homeless people find jobs. To combat the country’s homeless crisis, the Plan hires homeless people and teaches them how to make coats for the homeless suffering on the streets.
