The Purpose of the activity is to improve the health outcomes of Zambians by preventing new infections among priority and key populations most at risk of acquiring HIV.

This Activity will take to scale interventions that have been known to work in ensuring that those that are HIV negative stay

negative, and those living with HIV, but have not yet been identified, are found and linked to treatment.

The project will also work closely with clinical implementing partners and the government to scale up recency testing, which quickly identifies those newly infected with HIV and has proven to be effective in stemming the spread of the virus
