Mali Addendum to Locally Led Development APS

USAID/Mali is inviting local actors to submit concepts that support USAID's Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) development objectives in Mali, as outlined in Section 2. The submission deadline is August 16, 202 4. USAID will prioritize concept paper responses which focus on the


following sectors:
Peace, Democracy and Governance; Agriculture and Economic Growth; Health; and Education and Youth.

Interested parties are requested to focus mostly on the component and corresponding objectives that they have the expertise.

USAID will work collaboratively with local partners to develop the technical approach, emphasizing the importance of reducing barriers to entry for new local partners.

USAID/Mali intends to co-create one or more feasible and reasonable fixed-amount awards (FAAs) with local Malian entities for an award duration of 2 - 3 years, depending on the activity's objectives.

Concepts will be considered for awards at a minimum of USD 250,000 and upwards.
