Applicant must be able to serve as the United States representatives responsible for coordination with other antidoping organizations coordinating amateur athletic competitions recognized by the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.

Applicant must be recognized by the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee as the official anti-doping agency for the United States.
