The PEPFAR Coordination Office of the U. S. Embassy in Yaoundé, Cameroon announces an open competition for youth-led organizations to submit applications under the FY 2024-2026 PEPFAR Youth Catalytic Innovation Fund program for youth, to strengthen the operational and advocacy capacities of youth


led organizations enrolled in the Catalytic Youth Initiative program by 2026, to directly provide resources to youth-led organizations in Cameroon by 2026, to enhance their ability to do HIV advocacy, effectively address HIV prevention, treatment and support within their communities and to improve HIV prevention, care and treatment services for youth in Cameroon by 2026 through the Catalytic Youth Initiative program.Note:
Grant awards are contingent on the receipt of funding.

If the program is not approved, no grants will be awarded under this call.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
The Youth-Led Coordination Body (youth secretariat) of the FY2024-2026 PEPFAR Youth Catalytic Innovation Fund program, is limited to youth-led independent Cameroonian, locally registered organizations and more precisely youth-led organizations consisting of members between 10-29 years of age.

The organization should have a minimum of three years professional experience in one of the following fields: health, prevention of HIV, STIs and/or TB; community mobilization; advocacy or human rights among adolescents and young people with a similar scope to this opportunity.

Also, organizations and entities with a prior history of poor performance of U. S. government grants are ineligible for this funding.
