The Cyber Exercises and Experiential Education (CE3) program is intended to bolster low-to-middle-income countries’ cybersecurity workforce by training and exposing their emerging student leaders to opportunities to engage in or pursue careers in cybersecurity policy and governance.

Additional Information of Eligibility:DRL welcomes applications from U.S.-based and foreign-based non-profit organizations/nongovernmental organizations (NGO) and public international organizations; private, public, or state institutions of higher education; and for-profit organizations or businesses.
DRL’s preference is to work with non-profit entities; however, there may be some occasions when a for-profit entity is best suited.

A Gilesgate-based shop and community facility, Hexham’s Core Music, launches a separate workshop where up to six people will be trained how to repair guitars and make ukuleles. The European Social Fund grant supported the project and has secured funds through the County Durham Communication Foundation to equip the workshop in Burn Lane.
