Purpose of Program:
The Rehabilitation Long-Term Training program, Rehabilitation Counseling (8 4. 129B) is designed to support projects that provide academic training in areas of personnel shortages identified by the Secretary to increase the number of personnel trained in providing VR services to individuals with disabilities.
Projects must be operated in a manner consistent with nondiscrimination requirements contained in the U. S. Constitution and the Federal civil rights laws.
