Purpose of Program:
The CEEBT program is designed to support a model center of educational excellence at one or more HBCUs with a demonstrable record in graduating highly skilled and well-prepared Black teachers.

Eligible Applicants: To be eligible to receive a grant under this program, an institution must-- (a) Satisfy section 322(2) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA); and (b) Have a State recognized teacher preparation program.
