The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 10 is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) soliciting proposals to implement priority work consistent with the 2020 Action Agenda

for the protection and restoration of Puget Sound.

More specifically, this RFP is soliciting proposals from applicants that wish to act, in coordination with the Puget Sound Partnership, EPA, and other relevant parties, as the lead organization for one or more of the following four areas of emphasis relating to ecosystem restoration and protection:• Marine and Nearshore Protection and Restoration• Watershed Protection and Restoration• Toxics and Nutrients Prevention, Reduction, and Control• Pathogens Prevention, Reduction, and Control
