Chesapeake Bay Program Office Fiscal Year 2015 Request for Proposals for Chesapeake Bay Program Committees Support

The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Chesapeake Bay Program Office (CBPO) is announcing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for applicants to provide the Chesapeake Bay Program (CBP) partners with a proposal for administrative and technical support to the CBP’s committees within the Partnership’s


collaborative decision-making management structure.

This RFP is seeking cost-effective proposals from eligible applicants for providing administrative and technical staff support to the CBP Chesapeake Executive Council, Principals’ Staff Committee, Management Board, Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee, six Goal Implementation Teams, Scientific, Technical Assessment and Reporting team, and Communications Workgroup.

Proposals should also include administrative, technical, and coordination support to the nonfederal partners and the appropriate CBP technical workgroups for carrying out the stated missions of these committees, teams, and workgroups within the larger CBP management structure.
