The objective of the AFRL Research Collaboration Program II is to enable collaborative research partnerships between Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and Academia that engages a diverse pool of scientists and engineers in addressing foundational research challenges in support of the nation's


air, space, and cyberspace technology needs.

Additionally, AFRL seeks to enhance and further develop the research compentencies of partnering universities and expand the potential domestic pipeline of a future diverse STEM workforce for AFRL
