The U. S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announces the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 High Priority- Commercial Motor Vehicle (HP-CMV) program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), Funding Opportunity Number FM-MHP-23-001, to solicit applications

The HP-CMV grant program is governed by 49 U.S.C.

§§ 31102(l), as modified by Sections 23001(b) and 23003 through 23004 of Public Law Number 117-58 (2021), and 49 CFR Part 35 0. The HP grant program is governed by 49 U.S.C.
