FY 2025 High Priority Program-Commercial Motor Vehicle (HP-CMV)

The U. S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announces the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 High Priority-Commercial Motor Vehicle (HP-CMV) program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), Funding Opportunity Number FM-MHP-25-001, to solicit applications from eligible

credit:


entities to support HP-CMV program activities.

The HP grant program is governed by 49 U.S.C.

§§ 31102(l), as modified by Sections 23001(b) and 23003 through 23004 of Public Law Number 117-58 (2021), and 49 CFR § 35 0. The HP grant program is governed by 49 U.S.C.

The HP-ITD program will be advertised under a separate NOFO.

Final funding amounts are subject to the availability of funding appropriated by Congress.
