Additional Information of Eligibility:A national organization is defined as a non-profit entity or consortium that has on-going experience in rural housing, including experience working with rural housing development organizations, community development corporations (CDCs), community housing development organizations (CHDOs), local governments, and Indian tribes, as evidenced by past and continuing work in one or more states in five or more of the federal regions described on HUD's website at http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/localoffices/regions.
Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
