FY2017 Supplemental for National Network Grant to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak)

Pursuant to the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2017, Public Law No.

115-31 (May 5, 2017), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $499,051,735 to cover Operating, Capital, Debt Service of which $19,520,444 is to cover American Disabilities Act (ADA) expenses (for a


total of $45,642,371 ) until December 31, 2017 or total funds expended.

In order to receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and applicable standard forms.
