FY2018 Supplemental Northeast Corridor Grant to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation

Pursuant to the Further Extension of Continuing Appropriations Act, 2018 (P.L.

115-123), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $37,599,127 to cover Capital, Debt Service and American Disabilities Act (ADA) expenses of which $ $595,715 will be used for ADA expenses

until March 23, 2018 or the date of enactment of the applicable full year appropriations act for FY1 8. In order to receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and submit the following items electronically:
Application for Federal Assistance SF-424; SF 424D Assurances Construction Programs; Statement of Work and signed copies of the U. S. Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration Assurances and Certification forms (http://www.fra.dot.gov/downloads/admin/assurancesandcertifications.pdf).
