Council-Selected Restoration Component 4/28/2021 FPL 3b Grant and Interagency Agreement Application Requirements
In accordance with the Resources and Ecosystems Sustainability, Tourist Opportunities, and Revived Economies of the Gulf States Act (RESTORE Act), the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (Council) announces the availability of funds for activities described in the 2021 Funded Priorities List 3b
(2021 FPL 3b), including application submission requirements and review procedures.

Eligible applicants are limited to members of the Council, or their administrative agents.
Council members are:● The governors of the Gulf Coast States of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas; and● The Secretaries of the Departments of Agriculture, the Army, Commerce, Homeland Security and the Interior; and Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
