These efforts will focus on systems change and the development, expansion, and improvement of the quality and effectiveness of child welfare services to children, youth and families.
The NRCPFC will engage agencies in strategies to strengthen the integration of policy and practice thereby improving the delivery of services and the outcomes for children and youth.
A primary focus of the NRCPFC will be to work with other CB T/TA providers to assist States in planning and implementing systemic change as defined in the States' Child and Family Services Plan and the program improvement plans (PIPs) related to all Federal monitoring reviews.
In addition, the NRCPFC will provide T/TA and on-site consultation to grantees funded under the Family Connection Grants program.
