The Charles B.
Rangel International Affairs Program seeks to attract outstanding young people with an interest in pursuing a career in the Foreign Service of the U. S. Department of State.
It encourages the application of members of minority groups historically underrepresented in the
credit:
Foreign Service and those with financial need.
The program is comprised of two major components.
There is the International Affairs Graduate Fellowship Program and the undergraduate Summer Enrichment Program (SEP).
The Graduate Fellowship Program provides support for graduate school, professional development and entry into the Foreign Service of the U. S. Department of State.
The undergraduate Summer Enrichment Program provides undergraduates with the opportunity to enhance their skills, knowledge and understanding about U. S. foreign policy.
