This announcement solicits applications for National Training and Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreements (NCA)[1] to provide training and technical assistance (T/TA) to existing and potential Health Center Program award recipients and look-alikes (hereafter referred to as health centers).[2] The

Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking to fund approximately 19 organizations to provide T/TA directly and through collaborative partnerships to support health centers in providing comprehensive, high quality primary health care and improving the health of individuals and communities, consistent with the goals of the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) National Quality Strategy.[3] [1] As authorized under section 330(l) of the Public Health Service Act, as amended (42 U.S.C 254b).
[2] Health Center Program award recipients are organizations funded under Section 330(e), (g), (h), and/or (i) of the Public Health Service Act, as amended. Health Center Program look-alikes are organizations with look-alike designation per Sections 1861(aa)(4)(B) and 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.
1395x(aa)(4)(B) and 42 U.S.C.
1396d(l)(2)(B)(iii)).
