The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to provide logistics support to the National Civilian Police (PNC) in the implementation of the Gang Resistance
Education And Training (GREAT) in El Salvador.
The targeted population is youth at risk in El Salvador coursing Elementary and Middle grades plus PNC prevention officers who are certified as GREAT instructors.
