BLM OR/WA, Inventory of Vernal Pool Suitable Habitat, Klamath Falls Resource Area

The proposed agreement falls within the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination and Cooperative Ecosystems Study Unit (CESU) Programs.

The BLM is interested in supporting research of vernal pool habitats, located in the western half of the Klamath Falls Resource Area, through


surveying and mapping, to determine the status of existing sensitive and strategic populations and to determine new areas that contain suitable habitat for these species.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
If a cooperative agreement is awarded to a CESU partner under a formally negotiated Master CESU agreement, indirect costs are limited to a rate of no more than 17.5% of the indirect cost base recognized in the partner's Federal Agency-approved Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement (NICRA).
