Agency for International Development (USAID), Office of Food for Peace (FFP), seeks information from potential grantees or participants as to their interest, priorities and capacities to participate in or undertake a Leader/Associates Award, i.e., cooperative agreement, to increase the effectiveness

The purpose of the cooperative agreement is to improve the FFP program technical and operational procedures and to promote best practices through coordination and delivery of capacity building and technical assistance for new and current Title II food aid cooperating sponsors, prospective cooperating sponsors and programs worldwide.
