Sea Cadet Program

The purpose of this Grant is to fund the Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC), sponsoredby the Navy League of the United States.

The grant fund is to further the NSCC youthdevelopment, education and training program supported by OPNAVINST 576 0. 5E andCongressionally charted by Public Law 87-655 and
