The Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs Office of Assistance Coordination (NEA/AC) seeks proposals that will assist in the advancement of higher education opportunities for financially disadvantaged Palestinian youth in Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza to ultimately foster future leaders who create positive


change in their communities.

Applicant organizations must have prior experience and expertise in the program description of activities in the MENA region.

NEA/AC strongly encourages applications from organizations headquartered in the MENA region.
