2011 SUMMER OF INNOVATION PROJECT

This is a modification to the synopsis entitled 2011 SUMMER OF INNOVATION PROJECT which was posted on 1/6/201 1. You are notified that the following changes are made:
The Full Cooperative Agreement Notice has been posted on the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System


(NSPIRES).

A pre-proposal teleconference will be held on January 27, 2011 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Eastern Time.

So that NASA will be able to cover as much information as possible at the teleconference prospective offerors are requested to submit any written questions before 11:59 p.m.

Eastern Time on January 26, 201 1. Only questions submitted in advance will be answered during the teleconference.

No “live” questions will be taken or answered during the call.

Questions should be submitted to grc-2011summerofinnovation@mail.nasa.gov To dial into the teleconference, call 1-888-946-730 4. The participant passcode is 532868 8. For relay services for the hearing impaired, at the start time of the event, please login to your event by clicking on the link below:

Note:
Throughout the proposal process, offerors may continue to submit questions via the grc-2011summerofinnovation@mail.nasa.gov email address.

Questions will be answered through the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page of the NSPIRES Summer of Innovation solicitation site as soon as possible after receipt.

Proposals must be submitted through the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) website nasaprs.nasa.gov.

The due date for proposals is February 25, 2011, by 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time.

Documents related to this procurement will be available on the NSPIRES website.

Offerors are responsible for monitoring the site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.

Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
