With this solicitation, BJA seeks to fund an organization that will design and administer a competitive microgrant program for small, rural, and tribal law enforcement agencies intending to establish or expand a body-worn camera program.

The organization will also provide comprehensive training and technical assistance (TTA) services to law enforcement agencies funded by the same organization's microgrant program.
