With this solicitation, BJA seeks to fund the continuation of the PREA Resource Center (PRC) to ensure continued progress toward meaningful implementation of the PREA standards in the nation’s confinement facilities and to strengthen the commitment of staff members in these facilities and the agencies that oversee them to eliminate sexual abuse and sexual harassment of persons who are confined.

This solicitation prioritizes efforts to create and enhance cultures in confinement facilities and agencies that do not tolerate sexual victimization.
