BJA FY25 Invited to Apply – Emergency Federal Law Enforcement Assistance (EFLEA) Program

This funding opportunity seeks to provide funding for emergency situations in which state and local resources are inadequate to protect the lives and property of citizens and/or to enforce criminal law.

BJA is authorized to distribute funds to help offset the costs of an adequate response to an

uncommon situation that requires law enforcement, that is or threatens to become of serious or epidemic proportions, and with respect to which state and local resources are inadequate to protect the lives and property of citizens or to enforce the criminal law.
