This solicitation provides funding for applicant organizations to enhance and expand mentoring services for youth populations that are at risk or high risk for juvenile delinquency, victimization, and juvenile justice system involvement.

There are three categories under which organizations can apply, including:
Mentoring Organizations (1 state), Mentoring Organizations (2 - 10 states), and Mentoring Organizations (11 - 44 states).
