With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support national training and technical assistance to help states implement sustainable, research-based, and data-informed recidivism-reduction policies, practices, and programming, strategically reinvest resulting cost savings and costs averted into effective prevention and intervention programs and strategies, and develop long-term sustainability plans.
