OJJDP FY25 Second Chance Act Addressing the Needs of Incarcerated Parents and Their Minor Children
This funding opportunity seeks to support states, units of local government, Tribal communities, and community-based organizations to implement, develop, or expand programs within detention or correctional facilities to respond to the needs of incarcerated parents (juvenile or adult) who have children
younger than age 18 to prevent violent crime, reduce recidivism, and provide support for minor children.
