Additional Information of Eligibility:
• Alumni who participated in a U. S. government-sponsored exchange program (list of exchange programs: https://alumni.state.gov/list-exchange-programs).

• Alumni associations.

• The proposed project must involve at least two U. S. government-sponsored exchange program alumni.

• At least one of the alumni should be designated as the team lead.

• If three or more alumni are applying together, U. S. citizen alumni may be included on alumni teams, but the team must have at least two non-U. S. citizen exchange program alumni.

U. S. citizen alumni cannot be team leads on projects.
