-Purpose.

The purpose for this FOA issued by the National Institute on Drug Abuse and the Fogarty International Center encourages Research Project Grant (R01) applications from institutions/organizations that propose to stimulate research related to the unique, interactive health effects of cigarette

smoking and HIV/AIDS.

-Mechanism of Support.
