S. higher education institutions to each other, and with the

USAID welcomes applications from a wide range of organizations with a strong interest in, or concern for higher education in Egypt.
This would include but not be limited to universities, state and community colleges, private companies, think tanks, foundations, business associations, non-government organizations, and civil society organizations.
