HIV Prevention with Key Populations - Mali

The USAID/Mali HIV Prevention Program aims to provide HIV prevention services to one or more of the following “Key Populations” (KPs):
Men who have Sex with Men (MSM), Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) and/or HIV positive individuals through Positive Health Dignity and Prevention (PHDP).

The


primary goal is to reduce HIV prevalence among KPs in Mali and among the general population through Behavior Change Communication (BCC), HIV counseling and testing, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) management, and distribution and promotion of condoms and lubricants.Activities to be funded through this RFA should be in line with the US Government (USG) Mali HIV/AIDS Strategic Plan 2010-2015 and will support the United States’ President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) initiative.
