Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) VI (U18)
The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to invite cooperative agreement applications to continue the work of the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (or CAHPS) Cooperative Agreement program, initiated in 1995 by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ).

S. Territory or Possession; Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.
Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U. S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.
Foreign components, as defined in the HHS Grants Policy Statement via https://www.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/grants/grants/policies-regulations/hhsgps107.pdf may participate in projects as member of consortia or as subcontractors only.
