The aim of USAID/Namibia’s Key Populations - Resilience, Innovation, Sustainability, and Empowerment (KP-RISE) activity is to provide innovative HIV service delivery, build capacity of KP-led organizations, promote policy, legal and societal environment to increase access to health services, and

USAID desires to support Activities which offer high impact prevention options to those that are HIV negative, initiate those who are HIV+ and not yet on treatment, reinitiate those who are HIV positive and whose treatment has lapsed, and provide care and support for all.At this time USAID has not selected a type of obligating instrument for the anticipated activity.

In the spirit of co-design, feedback provided to this RFI will be utilized in the finalization of the activity’s design.
