Country Level Engagement and Assistance to Reduce (CLEAR II) Child Labor

In Fiscal Year 2014, the U. S. Department of Labor’s (USDOL) Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) will award up to $7 million for a cooperative agreement to one organization to fund a project to implement technical assistance activities that support the reduction of the worst forms of child

credit:


labor (WFCL) by building local and national capacity to address the problem in a minimum of eight (8) countries over the life of the cooperative agreement.

For the first year, the Grantee will work in in the following two (2) countries:
Burkina Faso and Nepal.

The other six (6) countries will be chosen in consultation with USDOL.

Eligible Applicants may include any commercial, international, educational, or non-profit organization(s), including any faith-based, community-based, or public international organization(s), capable of successfully implementing the proposed programs.
