The Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs' (OES) Office of Science and Technology Cooperation (STC) at the U. S. Department of State announces this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to provide logistical, administrative, and financial management for a series


of Science and Technology Dialogues– international science and technology meetings.

The purpose of this award is to manage the technical and logistical arrangements associated with these meetings that include a range of speaker travel, venue logistics, A/V systems, and related costs.
