Enhancing Sebha Airport’s Aviation Security

The Bureau of Counterterrorism (CT) of the U. S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a project to enhance security capacity at the Sebha International Airport in Libya to monitor terrorist threats, screen against terrorist transit (passenger


and cargo), and develop standard operating procedures to mitigate such threats, ultimately bringing the airport up to international standards.
