Homeless and Housing Resource Center

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2020 Homeless and Housing Resource Center.

The purpose of this program is to provide training and technical assistance (TTA) to the general


public and persons working with individuals who are at risk for, or are experiencing, homelessness.

The TTA will specifically address education for practitioners on addressing the needs of individuals who experience homelessness and have serious mental illness (SMI), serious emotional disturbance (SED), substance use disorders (SUD), and/or co-occurring substance use and mental disorders (COD).
