Cooperative Agreements for the Garrett Lee Smith State/Tribal Youth Suicide Prevention and Early Intervention Program
The purpose of this program is to support states and Tribes with implementing youth (up to age 24) suicide prevention and early intervention strategies in schools, educational institutions, juvenile justice systems, substance use and mental health programs, foster care systems, pediatric health programs,
and other child- and youth-serving organizations.

Additional Information of Eligibility:
Eligible applicants are States and territories; a public organization or private non-profit organization designated by a State or Indian Tribe to develop or direct a statewide youth suicide, early intervention, and prevention strategy; or a Federally recognized Indian tribe, tribal organization, or an urban Indian organization that is actively involved in the development and continuation of a tribal youth suicide early intervention and prevention strategy.
