R9 BIL State Capacity Program for Invasive Species (Non-Federal Lands)

States need to build and maintain capacity around invasive species work to accomplish the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law's (BIL) broader ecosystem restoration objective and the invasive species provision.

For example, funds may be used to conduct forest health management, including detection
