This is a competitive action with Statements of Interest due no later than 5PM, CT, 12 April 2025; questions or clarifications are due no later than Noon, CT, 27 March 202 5. Responses to this Request for Statements of Interest will be used to identify potential organizations for this project.

Approximately $148,18 3. 00 is expected to be available to support this project for the base period.

Additional funding may be available to the successful recipient for optional tasks and/or follow on work in subsequent years.
