VA is announcing the availability of per diem funds to currently operational GPD grantees which have their current transitional housing grants under VA’s Homeless Providers GPD Program whose grants are scheduled to be terminated as discussed in an accompanying Federal Register notice.

expects to fund 24 existing service centers and 12,000 beds with this NOFA for applicants who will operate service centers or use one or a combination of the following housing models:
Bridge Housing, Low Demand, Respite Care, Clinical Treatment, and Service-Intensive Transitional Housing.
