The Miami-Dade Affordable Housing Foundation is a start-up non-profit corporation created in April 1999 to serve low- and moderate-income families. It provides first mortgage loans with low-interest rates and offers homebuyers pre- and post-purchase counseling. It also provides subordinated loans.
