Repairs will consist of grader patching and Rotomilling of pavement surfaces.

Both NPS and WSDOT will provide labor and equipment to perform the work.
The NPS will provide asphalt.
WSDOT is uniquely qualified to perform the work due to location of equipment providing for minimal staging, proximity of facilities and staging areas near the work site, a significant history of cooperation between the management teams of both organizations, and the capability of mobilizing on an immediate basis and completing the work within a two week period.
