The Correctional Facilities on Tribal Lands Training and Technical Assistance Program will assist tribes in developing strategies to cost effectively plan, renovate, and/or construct facilities associated with the incarceration and rehabilitation of juvenile and adult offenders subject to tribal jurisdiction.
